1. 銅礦破碎篩分工藝的選擇
根據(jù)銅礦石的特性（通常為中高硬度）和生產(chǎn)需求，常見的破碎篩分工藝主要有兩種：
三段破碎工藝（粗碎+中碎+細(xì)碎）：適用于對粒度要求嚴(yán)格的大型選礦廠，雖然設(shè)備配置較多，但能夠精確控制成品粒度。
半自磨工藝：可減少破碎段數(shù)，降低設(shè)備投入，但對大型設(shè)備和工藝流程要求較高。
